I would easily consider a Mac except they are VERY cost prohibitive for me in my financial situation. For the money I'd spend on a Mac, I'd be able to buy TWO even more powerful laptops from someone else. They're great, just... Too costly for me! My mom got a Mac. That's what I have and fuck me does it take a beating and keeps working! I've dropped it countless times, had it yanked by the cord onto the floor, tripped over, kicked etc etc etc and the damn thing keeps going. Only once when it was dropped did it even shut off!!! every other time it just keeps on :P its sturdy, runs like a fucker and does more than enough to satisfy me (and I'm an old school gamer!)
