A good friend of mine in high school passed away right before graduation. At his wake, two girls showed up who made fun of him constantly. At first I thought maybe they came to show their respect, perhaps repent for mercilessly making fun of him. Nope. they both peered into his casket, staring so long it was most definitely improper, then one snickered. "He's uglier in death than he was in life. That takes some doing." Same girl, who upon finding out he died, had said "Who cares? He was hardly important." Karma is a bitch, though. Her thyroid later malfunctioned. She lost her hair and gained a ton of weight.
