And Neruda <em>is</em> wonderful, isn't he? I love some of the lines so much I say them in my head sometime... I can't recall the poem right now... And I'm GOING to mess this line up (and please forgive my Spanish) but it goes... "Yo te recordaba con mi alma apretada." In English, it means something along the lines of "I remembered you with my soul clenched." It amazes me how beautiful it is in either language, and actually, Neruda is one of the reasons I want to continue my education in Spanish. Thank you!
